These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Costur Industries ("we," "us," or "our") and our B2B clients ("you," "your," or "Client"). By requesting a quotation, placing an order, or using our manufacturing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Costur Industries for custom manufacturing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Products & Services

Costur Industries operates exclusively as a B2B custom clothing manufacturer. We do not engage in retail sales. Our services include bulk manufacturing, premium decoration (Sublimation, DTF, DTG, Screen/Puff Printing, Embroidery), private labeling, and custom apparel production according to Client specifications.

3. Orders & Quotations

Quotations: Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may fluctuate based on raw material costs.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): All orders are subject to our standard MOQ, which is currently 25 units unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Order Confirmation: An order is only considered accepted once you have signed the official Purchase Order and paid the required deposit.

4. Pricing & Payment

Currency: All pricing is quoted in USD unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Payment Terms: Standard terms require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production, with the remaining 50% balance (plus shipping) due before dispatch.
Methods: We accept bank wire transfers (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C) for large volumes, and authorized corporate payments.

5. Custom Manufacturing Terms

Because our products are made specifically to your design and size requirements:

Approvals: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all digital mockups, tech packs, and physical samples before bulk production begins.
Variances: Slight variations in color, print placement, and sizing (within industry standard tolerances) are acceptable and do not constitute a defect.

6. Intellectual Property

You guarantee that you own or have the legal right to use all logos, designs, trademarks, and artwork submitted for production. You agree to indemnify Costur Industries against any claims of intellectual property infringement arising from the materials you provide. Costur Industries retains the rights to its own manufacturing patterns, processes, and proprietary techniques.

7. Limitation of Liability

Costur Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to our manufacturing services. Our maximum liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific order in dispute.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sialkot, Pakistan.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
