Working with trusted international logistics partners, we provide flexible shipping solutions tailored to your order size, timeline, and budget, ensuring your products arrive safely and on schedule.

1. Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to balance speed and cost efficiency:

Express Air Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS): Best for small to medium bulk orders. Fast transit times and reliable door-to-door tracking.
Air Cargo: Cost-effective for larger orders (typically over 100kg). Delivery to your nearest major international airport.
Sea Freight (LCL/FCL): The most economical option for very large, heavy shipments. Longer transit times; ideal for planned seasonal inventory.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Your total delivery time is the sum of our production time plus the shipping transit time:

Production Time: Varies based on order complexity and volume. Standard bulk production typically takes 3 to 4 weeks after final sample approval.
Express Air Transit: 4 to 7 business days globally.
Air Cargo Transit: 7 to 12 business days globally.
Sea Freight Transit: 25 to 40 business days, depending on the destination port.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensional weight of the cartons, the chosen shipping method, and the final destination. Shipping charges will be explicitly detailed on your final invoice. We can ship using our discounted corporate accounts, or we can route shipments via your own courier account if provided.

4. Customs & Import Duties

Costur Industries operates on standard Incoterms (typically EXW or FOB Sialkot/Karachi, unless DDP is specifically negotiated).

The Client is recognized as the Importer of Record.
The Client is responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees levied by the destination country.
We provide all necessary commercial invoices, packing lists, and origin certificates to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, your dedicated account manager will provide you with a tracking number or airway bill (AWB) / bill of lading (B/L) copy. You can monitor the progress of your shipment via the respective carrier's tracking portal.

6. Shipping Damage & Loss

While we pack all goods securely in export-grade cartons, Costur Industries is not liable for damages or losses incurred during transit once the goods have been handed over to the carrier. We highly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive freight insurance for high-value air cargo and sea freight shipments.
