2. Quality Control Process

We employ a stringent, multi-tiered Quality Control (QC) framework throughout the production lifecycle:

Incoming Material Inspection: All raw fabrics, trims, zippers, and threads are rigorously checked for colorfastness, shrinkage, weight (GSM), and tensile strength before entering the cutting floor.
In-Process QC: Line supervisors conduct continuous inspections during cutting, stitching, and printing phases to catch and correct deviations immediately.
Final Random Inspection (FRI): Before packaging, independent QA officers inspect the finished garments according to acceptable quality limit (AQL) standards. We check for seam integrity, accurate measurements against tech packs, and overall aesthetic finishing.

Our sublimation, screen printing, DTF, DTG, and embroidery departments utilize state-of-the-art Japanese and European machinery.

Sublimation: We use high-grade Italian and Korean inks to guarantee vibrant, fade-resistant, and non-cracking graphics that integrate seamlessly with performance fabrics.
DTF, DTG, & Screen Printing: We utilize eco-friendly inks and advanced curing processes for premium feel, durability, and wash-fastness on cotton and fleece.
Embroidery: High-density stitching with precision machinery ensures clean, sharp logos with zero puckering.
